Multi-site HVAC Maintenance Technician needed to assist the maintenance staff in a wide variety of assignments at several local apartment communities. You'll "float" between locations as needed. Responsibilities include:

1. Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs
2. Respond to work orders
3. Prepare vacant suites for presentations and move-ins
4. Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep
5. All other duties as assigned

Experience in residential maintenance strongly preferred. You should have basic plumbing, electrical, and strong HVAC skills with a solid mechanical aptitude, enjoy hands-on assignments, and possess solid service skills. Teamwork, troubleshooting, and customer service skills are required. No on-call responsibilities.
