Multi-site HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Multi-site HVAC Maintenance Technician to assist our maintenance staff across multiple local apartment communities. You will 'float' between locations as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs
• Respond to work orders
• Prepare vacant suites for presentations and move-ins
• Maintain building interiors, exteriors, and grounds
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience in residential maintenance is strongly preferred
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and strong HVAC skills with solid mechanical aptitude
• Enjoy hands-on work and possess solid customer service skills
• Teamwork and troubleshooting skills are required
• No on-call responsibilities
