Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning Corporate Store in Naples, FL is seeking HVAC Maintenance Technicians to service residential heating and air conditioning systems to the highest standards. You will perform maintenance tasks, document components and costs, and ensure a high quality customer experience daily.

Qualified candidates will have a GED or HS diploma, an associate degree preferred, and the ability to pass NATE Core tests, background checks, and drug screens.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Associate's degree in related field preferred.
• Ability to pass NATE Core Test.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Comfort Club and revenue maintenance calls as well as parts/component replacement calls.
• Accurately documents age and type of each system component on invoices, costs for services and services completed.
• Debrief service call with dispatch after each service call.
• Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion.
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.
• Maintain a professional image and a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Abiding by ALL One Hour standards of performance and code of ethics.
• Respecting the customer’s property.
• Participate in ALL company sponsored training classes.
• Assist in mentoring and training maintenance technicians.
