Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Naples, FL seeks an experienced HVAC Lead Installation Technician to install residential HVAC systems and oversee Installation Apprentices, ensuring top-quality service for customers.

You will design and install ducts, start up systems, and perform basic diagnostics while training apprentices and communicating clearly with homeowners about scope and progress. This role offers competitive pay and strong benefits within a growing franchise network.

Qualifications

• Two years of residential installation experience with solid references.
• EPA and NATE certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings.
• Perform start-ups on heating and cooling systems.
• Perform limited diagnostics.
• Accurately complete installation forms.
• Perform before and after walkthroughs of the entire home with customers.
• Effectively communicate the scope of the job to customers and address their questions and concerns.
• Train apprentices on various aspects of the job.

We are looking for experienced HVAC Lead Installation Technicians to be responsible for installing residential HVAC equipment and accessories, overseeing Installation Apprentices, and providing our customers with exceptional service.
