• Accurately document age and type of each system on invoices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle.

HVAC Maintenance Technician

will provide maintenance on newer residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Comfort Club and revenue maintenance calls as well as parts/component replacement calls.
• Accurately documents age and type of each system component on invoices, costs for services and services completed.
• Debrief service call with dispatch after each service call.
• Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion.
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.
• Maintain a professional image and a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Abiding by ALL One Hour standards of performance and code of ethics.
• Respecting the customer’s property.
• Participate in ALL company sponsored training classes.
• Assist in mentoring and training maintenance technicians.
