Starting Pay: $19.00/hour and up, depending on experience

As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
Perform daily checks of mechanical equipment and apartment refurbishments
Complete and resolve daily work orders in a timely manner
Conduct monthly preventative maintenance tasks
Respond to reasonable resident complaints and requests
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies
Communicate with other departments or leadership as needed
Required:
Valid driver’s license
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
Willingness to work weekends as needed
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Basic computer skills for completing work orders and reporting
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to effectively communicate and complete required tasks, including training and documentation
