Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on RTUs, AHUs, ice machines, and other HVAC/refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Replace compressors, motors, electrical components, and other parts.
• Diagnose refrigerant leaks and related system issues.
• Respond to HVAC service calls to minimize downtime.
• Assist with general facility maintenance including electrical, plumbing, painting, and flooring.
• Support the Facilities team with daily operations and requests.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

HVAC / Refrigeration Duties

• Perform preventative maintenance on RTUs, AHUs, ice machines, and other HVAC and refrigeration equipment throughout the property.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems as needed.
• Replace compressors, motors, electrical components, and other equipment parts as required.
• Diagnose and repair refrigerant leaks and related system issues.
• Respond to HVAC service calls and help minimize equipment downtime.

General Maintenance Duties

• Assist with general facility maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other building-related needs.
• Support the Facilities team with daily operations, maintenance requests, and other property needs as required.

Schedule Requirements

• Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends, based on operational needs.
• Availability to work holidays, with the exception of Christmas Day.
