Job summary

Parkland Golf & CC, located in Parkland, FL, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems across the property. This role is part of Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality management.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on RTUs, AHUs, ice machines, diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, replacing components, and supporting general facilities tasks. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on RTUs, AHUs, ice machines, and other HVAC and refrigeration equipment throughout the property.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems as needed.
• Replace compressors, motors, electrical components, and other equipment parts as required.
• Diagnose and repair refrigerant leaks and related system issues.
• Respond to HVAC service calls and help minimize equipment downtime.
• Assist with general facility maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other building-related needs.
• Support the Facilities team with daily operations, maintenance requests, and other property needs as required.
• Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends, based on operational needs.
• Availability to work holidays, with the exception of Christmas Day.
