Job summary

Nytech Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is seeking skilled HVAC Maintenance Technicians to service the Castle Rock metro area. The ideal candidate has basic HVAC knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum HVAC maintenance experience required.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Willing to work weekends/evenings on rotating basis.
• Must pass national background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems for homeowners.
• Keep customers informed about work timing and process.
• Diagnose HVAC failures and perform repairs with customer approval.
• Maintain company vehicle with necessary equipment and inventory.
• Educate customers on completed work and provide recommendations.

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic HVAC knowledge, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve neighbors and community by successfully troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing homeowners' HVAC systems.
• Take care of customers by keeping them informed of the work, its timing, and the process.
• Diagnose HVAC failures and repair them with customer approval.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, well‑maintained, and stocked with the required equipment and inventory.
• Educate customers on completed work, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
• Learn to serve your neighbors and community by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems.
