Job summary

Nytech Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is seeking skilled HVAC Maintenance Technicians to service the Castle Rock metro area. The ideal candidate has basic HVAC knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer service.

We offer competitive pay, training and certification support, and benefits. Prior HVAC experience is required; EPA, NATE, and RMGA certifications are preferred and training fees may be covered.

Qualifications

• Minimum HVAC maintenance experience required.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Willing to work weekends/evenings on rotating basis.
• Must pass national background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems for homeowners.
• Keep customers informed about work timing and process.
• Diagnose HVAC failures and perform repairs with customer approval.
• Maintain company vehicle with necessary equipment and inventory.
• Educate customers on completed work and provide recommendations.
