Nytech Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is a team of home service experts dedicated to ensuring peak performance for our clients' plumbing and HVAC systems in the Castle Rock Metro area. We are currently seeking skilled and reliable HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic HVAC knowledge, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

What you will be doing daily

• Serve your neighbors and community by successfully troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing homeowners’ HVAC systems.
• Take care of the customer by keeping them informed of the work you are doing, when it will be done, and how it will be accomplished.
• Diagnose HVAC failures and successfully repair them with customer approval.
• Keep company vehicle clean, well‑maintained, and stocked with the required equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency.
• Educate the customer on the work that was completed, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
• Learn to serve your neighbors and community by successfully troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing homeowners’ HVAC systems.
