YOUR TYPICAL DAY AS AN HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you start your day at home, prepping your tools and reviewing your schedule. You head straight to your first job site, greeting clients with a smile as you assess their HVAC systems. Throughout the day, you perform maintenance checks, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with customers to ensure their heating and cooling needs are met. Your expertise not only resolves technical problems but also builds trust and satisfaction with every service call.

WORK SCHEDULE & QUALIFICATIONS

Schedule: This heating and cooling position is full-time, working Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, with on-call shifts as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Good, insurable driving record
• Valid driver's license
• 21+ years or older

Preferred:

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A commitment to excellent customer service
