**Job Overview:**

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your role will ensure that our clients' HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively, providing comfort and safety in their homes and businesses.

Schedule - Need to be able to work weekends, flexible schedule

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, adjusting, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions.
  • Replace defective components and wiring, and reassemble and test equipment following repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and maintenance requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
  • Prepare reports on the status of HVAC systems and recommend necessary actions.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Follow safety protocols to protect yourself, your colleagues, and clients.

**Qualifications:**

  • EPA certification preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and operations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and the parts and installation teams.
  • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out, and maintain inventory
  • Properly complete paperwork.
  • Join the on-call rotation.
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
  • Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
Qualifications

You must have these things:

  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
  • A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
