Job summary

Champion Home Services is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our San Antonio area team. This on-site role involves supporting residential HVAC service, repair, and installation while working with experienced technicians.

You will assist with parts, tools, and job-site deliveries, using hand and power tools and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed. The position offers hourly pay plus commission, with earnings averaging $50,000 to $70,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Experience with HVAC.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.

Responsibilities

• Work with the best technicians and installers on residential HVAC service and installation.
• Assist with parts, tools, and delivery at job sites.
• Operate hand and power tools as needed.
• Ensure HVAC systems meet industry standards and regulations.
• Receive hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC service.
