Job summary

Champion Home Services in the San Antonio area is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team in Bulverde, Texas. You will oversee installation projects from start to finish.

Requires EPA Certification and 3-4 years of HVAC installation experience. You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and train junior techs. We offer medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Train and mentor installation team members to ensure quality workmanship.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service reports, and inventory usage.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide outstanding service and answer any questions.
