Champion Home Services is seeking a reliable HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bulverde, Texas.

You will work with experienced technicians, receive hands-on training in residential HVAC service, repair, and installation, and assist with parts, tools, and on-site tasks.

We offer hourly pay plus commission with earnings ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced technicians and installers on HVAC projects.

What you will do:

• Work side-by-side the BEST technicians and installers in the industry!
• Receive hands-on-training in residential, light commercial HVAC service, repair, and installation
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift over 50 lbs regularly
• Ensure HVAC systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations
