You will collaborate with installation teams and project managers, provide customer explanations, and ensure systems operate efficiently, with opportunities for growth and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited HVAC training program or apprenticeship is preferred.
• EPA 608 Certification (for refrigerant handling) is required.
• NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC with a focus on system start-up, commissioning, or installation.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, systems, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain HVAC systems and ensure safe operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system start-up, testing, and calibration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using diagnostic tools and specs.
• Document service activities and update system documentation.
• Collaborate with installation teams and project managers to complete projects.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
