Job summary

SolutionHealth in Manchester, NH is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and construction of facilities by keeping heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in top condition. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to inspections, repair gear, and maintain accurate equipment histories.

A valid HVAC refrigerant certification and a driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience working on central HVAC equipment.
• HVAC refrigerant handling certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections as scheduled.
• Repair, repack and rebuild pumps, valves, and traps as needed.
• Lubricate compressors, motors, and moving parts.
• Maintain equipment history files and update records.
• Install and troubleshoot building automation components.
