Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• Must hold EPA licensure and demonstrate HVAC proficiency.
• Must be able to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine HVAC maintenance and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and complete punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Uphold curb appeal and provide top-notch resident service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
