Job summary

FirstCall Group is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative to drive profitable service relationships with new customers and expand HVAC service offerings. The role emphasizes selling maintenance agreements, digital service offerings, and a focus on decarbonization through renewables.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of HVAC sales experience, strong technical aptitude, and excellent presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial and/or industrial HVAC sales experience
• 2+ years of experience selling HVAC PMs and retrofit projects
• Aptitude for technical knowledge with high attention to detail
• Excellent presentation skills capable of captivating audiences
• Experience selling service and maintenance
• Exposure to sales methodologies, standards, and disciplines

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and qualify prospective new customers; leverage market conditions and networks to uncover new leads
• Contact prospective customers and schedule appointments
• Build a referral network to identify new customers
• Conduct sales calls to address HVAC service needs and position FirstCall Group as the supplier of choice
• Propose solutions with a focus on renewable maintenance agreements and digital service offerings
• Understand customer business and communicate in their language
• Review proposals with prospects and secure commitments to FirstCall Group solutions
• Lead kickoff meetings, resolve issues, maintain service agreements, and support collections
• Develop territory marketing plans aligned with FirstCall Mechanical strategy
