Job summary

FirstCall Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative to drive growth by initiating and building profitable service relationships with new customers. You will engage Facility Directors, propose solutions, and secure commitments while promoting digital service offerings and sustainability.

The role emphasizes building a referral network, conducting sales calls, and developing territory marketing plans to expand FirstCall Mechanical’s HVAC and refrigeration services.

Qualifications

• 2-3 previous progressive sales roles.
• Retrofit and PM sales experience, preferred.
• Aptitude for technical knowledge with high attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to captivate audiences.
• Experience selling service and maintenance.
• Exposure to sales methodologies, standards, and disciplines.
• Knowledge of Building HVAC Systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and qualify prospective new customers and schedule appointments.
• Build a referral network to identify new customers.
• Conduct sales calls and develop customized proposals.
• Promote maintenance agreements with digital service offerings and decarbonization focus.
• Develop territory marketing plans and report progress to management.
