Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license.
• High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required.
• 1 year HVAC or mechanical technician experience preferred.
• 1 year lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts.
• Handle heavy workload of calls.
• Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return.
• Manage workload and job scheduling.
• Complete all required paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Obtain customer signature on all service reports before work begins on spot jobs when applicable.
• Keep manager informed of customer feedback.
• Communicate effectively and promptly with customers and team.
• Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client and colleagues.
• Collaborate with multiple departments and company representatives.
• Lead smaller work groups when Supervisor is present.
• Report team performance issues to the Supervisor.
