Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to work orders and service requests promptly.
• Inspect equipment for safety hazards and deficiencies.
• Repair or replace pumps, motors, valves, and lighting fixtures.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain records.
