Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with HVAC training and 5+ years in maintenance/HVAC.
• Licenses: HVAC Supervisor, Refrigerant Usage; aerial safety certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license; knowledge of codes related to HVAC and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect HVACR equipment for proper operation and safety controls.
• Perform routine maintenance: change filters, lubricate, belts.
• Operate gas cooling systems to provide refrigeration and air conditioning.
• Repair refrigeration systems; test components and replace worn parts.
• Install refrigeration systems per blueprints and specifications.
• Read gauges, adjust pumps, and control fluid pressure and temperature.
