Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited HVAC, Facilities Management, Building Systems, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or related technical program.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment including AHUs, condensers, and exhaust systems.
• Support corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC and facility systems.
• Perform routine inspections and checks of building equipment.
• Record maintenance activities and readings; update work orders.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas.
