Blaze Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing Generators in Raleigh, NC is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician with 2+ years of residential HVAC experience to join a top-tier team.

You will inspect, maintain, and repair systems, document work, and uphold safety standards while providing excellent customer service. Weekly pay, benefits, and ongoing training are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience in residential settings.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC codes and safety procedures.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the US.
• Excellent customer service, dependable and reliable.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and determine repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
• Test HVAC system performance and efficiency with specialized tools.
• Install, repair, or replace defective components of HVAC systems.
• Suggest upgrades to improve energy efficiency and performance.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Follow safety regulations and guidelines while working on systems.

What You Will DO

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
• Test HVAC system performance and efficiency using specialized tools and equipment
• Install, repair, or replace defective parts or components of HVAC systems
• Identify and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance system performance and energy efficiency
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systems
• Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines while working on HVAC systems

What You NEED

• 2+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience in residential preferred
• Basic knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety procedures
• Service Titan knowledge a plus
• Must be 21 or older
• Eligible to work in the US
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
• Physical dexterity/Ability to work outdoors
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
