Blaze Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to repair, diagnose, and optimize residential and commercial systems in Raleigh, NC. The role involves wiring, ductwork, and preventive maintenance to ensure peak performance.

You will work with customers to explain issues and provide practical solutions, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a safety-conscious, growth-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC service experience.
• Service Titan knowledge is a plus.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Eligible to work in the US.
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity and ability to work outdoors.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and drainage.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Health & Safety regulations.
• Track repairs and work in trade software (Service Titan).
• Engage with customers to explain issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal performance.
