Job summary

Blaze Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing Generators in Wilmington, NC is hiring skilled HVAC Service Technicians. Join a top-tier team offering competitive weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and ample growth opportunities.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform emergency repairs, and document work in Service Titan while keeping customers informed. The role requires at least 2 years of HVAC experience, a valid US driver's license, and the ability to pass drug tests and background

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC service experience.
• Service Titan knowledge is a plus.
• Must be 21 or older and eligible to work in the US.
• Valid US Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity and ability to work outdoors.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (Service Titan).
• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance.
