Blaze Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Technician in Greensboro, NC. The role focuses on inspecting, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems to ensure safety and efficiency.

You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document work while meeting company standards for reliability and service quality. Opportunities for growth and ongoing training are available.

Qualificações

• 2+ years HVAC service or maintenance experience (residential preferred).
• Familiar with HVAC codes and safety procedures.
• ServiceTitan knowledge is a plus.
• Must have a valid US driver's license and be 21+.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and determine repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
• Test system performance and efficiency with specialized tools.
• Install, repair, or replace defective parts of HVAC systems.
• Identify upgrades to improve performance and energy efficiency.
• Keep accurate records of work performed.
• Follow safety regulations on all jobs.

What You Will DO

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
• Test HVAC system performance and efficiency using specialized tools and equipment
• Install, repair, or replace defective parts or components of HVAC systems
• Identify and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance system performance and energy efficiency
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systems
• Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines while working on HVAC systems

What You NEED

• 2+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience in residential preferred
• Basic knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety procedures
• Service Titan knowledge a plus
• Must be 21 or older
• Eligible to work in the US
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
• Physical dexterity/Ability to work outdoors
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
