Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch field technicians across a broad geographic region.
• Ensure smooth interdepartmental communication between service, billing, operations, and technician management.
• Maintain up-to-date records of service calls, technician availability, and work orders.
• Monitor real-time technician activities and support service delivery improvements.
• Navigate cross-division needs and adapt to different departmental goals.
