Delaware North Gaming is seeking a full-time Kitchen Technician at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. You will oversee the daily operation and maintenance of electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, and building systems, with an HVAC license required.

Qualifications

• HVAC license required.
• 5+ years in general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions and repair electrical, refrigeration and building systems.
• Install and repair equipment, ventilation and ice machines.
• Monitor pressures and calibrate thermostatic controls on kitchen equipment.
• Operate company vehicles as needed.
