Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; and 3 years electrical trade experience including 1 year in lead/supervisory role.
• Knowledge of blueprints, diagrams, schematics is helpful.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver's license; GA Electrical Contractor license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates daily work of assigned crew; prioritizes tasks and inspects work.
• Performs facility maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry as needed.
• Places, installs, and tests equipment; reports results and steps in absence of Trades Supervisor.
• Answers questions and troubleshoots issues with customers and other departments.
• Inspects systems and performs preventative maintenance and safety monitoring on sites.
