DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician Lead to deliver outstanding customer experiences while mentoring other technicians. You will perform quality repairs and maintenance with a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of HVAC experience, a valid driver's license, EPA universal licensure, and comfort using an iPad/phone for job finalizations. Training and tool investment are encouraged.

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN LEAD

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass both a background check and drug screening
• EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure
• Be able to work with an ipad and phone for job finalizations
• Willingness to attend required trainings and invest in the necessary tools that the job requires
• Be capable of understanding client needs. Continuously learn through training from suppliers, trade shows, seminars, independent study, and other employees
• Physically capable of completing job-related motions and tasks
• Must be positive, friendly, and have a good work ethic
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
