The ideal candidate will be dependable, customer-facing, and able to work with basic tech tools and a company truck. For qualified applicants, 1–2 years in HVAC trades, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in the HVAC trades industry.
• 1-2 years experience in the HVAC Maintenance Department
• HVAC Certification or diploma required from trade school or equivalent.
• EPA certification is required.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Must be positive, friendly, and have a good work ethic.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Be able to work with a computer, iPad and phone.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass both a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to attend required trainings and ability to work overtime as needed.
• Physically capable of completing job-related motions and tasks.
• Capable of keeping an organized clean and stocked truck.
