DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a skilled HVAC technician with 1-2 years of experience in the HVAC trades and maintenance. The ideal candidate will hold HVAC certification or diploma and EPA certification, demonstrate excellent customer service, and maintain a neat, professional appearance.

You will be dependable, honest, and service-minded, with strong communication skills and the ability to operate a computer, iPad, and phone.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in the HVAC trades industry.
• 1-2 years experience in the HVAC Maintenance Department
• HVAC Certification or diploma required from trade school or equivalent.
• EPA certification is required.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Must be positive, friendly, and have a good work ethic.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Be able to work with a computer, iPad and phone.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass both a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to attend required trainings and ability to work overtime as needed.
• Physically capable of completing job-related motions and tasks.
• Capable of keeping an organized clean and stocked truck.
