SSC Services for Education in Aurora, IL is hiring a FULL TIME HVAC LEAD to maintain and troubleshoot facility systems in our school environments. The role requires an HVAC license and hands-on experience, with a focus on safety and reliability.

You will work under supervision, perform preventative maintenance, coordinate on-call duties, and contribute to a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Formación

• HVAC experience required.
• HVAC license required.
• General understanding of electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform strenuous labor.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on HVAC and related building systems.
• Document tasks completed in the CMMS via mobile device.
• Assist in determining manpower and material needs for jobs.
• Respond to emergencies and perform repairs as needed.
• Maintain logs, rounds, and PM work orders.
