Southern Home Services, a residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical company, is seeking an HVAC Lead Install Technician to oversee installations and mentor junior technicians. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in residential projects.

The Lead Install Technician will train helpers, manage tools and inventory, and ensure compliance with industry standards while delivering reliable, responsive service to homeowners.

Qualifications

• 1+ year HVAC experience in residential market.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Holds valid EPA certification for compliance with regulations.
• Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills for HVAC issues.
• Prioritizes exceptional customer service and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, upgrade, and replacement of residential HVAC systems.
• Lead and mentor Install Helpers on job sites and in the shop.
• Ensure safe, high-quality workmanship and compliance with standards.
• Interact with homeowners to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage inventory, tools, and site organization; lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Maintain safety and operational protocols in all weather and space conditions.
