Job summary

Tri County Air Conditioning and Heating seeks an HVAC Lead Installer to assist in installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems under the supervision of the Installation Manager. You will ensure code-compliant work and align with TCA quality standards, reporting to the job site on time and prepared.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, following directions, mentoring teammates, and maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be drug-free and able to pass new hire and random drug screenings.
• Demonstrate excellence using tools used in installation of HVAC equipment.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be goal oriented.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Must have empathy for customers and coworkers and willingness to help others.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical labor.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines.
