Job summary

Blue Valley Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a licensed HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential installations and mentor junior installers in the Longmont/Englewood, CO area. The role offers year-round work and opportunities to build a long-term career along Colorado's Front Range.

You will lead installations of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers while maintaining high standards of safety, craftsmanship, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Colorado HVAC license/certification as required for the role.
• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Ability to lead installation projects while working effectively with a team.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers.
• Mentor and work alongside installation team members for safe, efficient, high-quality installs.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specs, and applicable codes.
