Job summary
Quality Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to guide residential installations from start to finish, ensuring safety, efficiency, and top workmanship while mentoring apprentices and coordinating with the Installation Manager, warehouse, and dispatch to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The successful candidate will hold EPA certification, have residential installation experience, read blueprints, and maintain high quality workmanship with strong
Qualifications
- EPA Certification required.
- Residential HVAC installation experience required.
- Experience leading HVAC installations preferred.
- Read blueprints and installation diagrams.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation and venting codes.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish.
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment.
- Read blueprints, installation diagrams, and equipment specifications.
- Ensure jobs are properly staged before installation.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting project timelines.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
- Complete paperwork accurately, including invoices, timecards, and installation documentation.
- Work closely with dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site and company vehicle.
- Train and mentor installation apprentices.
- Participate in ongoing training and technical development.
