Qualifications

• 3–4 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are equipped for each installation
• Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices
• Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct
• Drive and maintain company vehicles for safety and efficiency
