Job summary

Sergeants Electric, Heating and Air in North Port, FL is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to lead residential installation projects from start to finish. You will train helpers, install furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, and ductwork, ensure safety and quality, and maintain clear homeowner communication.

We offer year-round work with full benefits and opportunities for advancement. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 per year depending on experience, with full benefits, 401(k) match,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Lead HVAC Installer experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices.
• Ability to lead a crew and manage jobs efficiently.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• EPA Certification preferred and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Oversee and train installation helpers and junior installers.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and indoor air quality products.
• Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
