Swick Home Services is hiring an Installer to install residential heating and cooling equipment, delivering world-class customer experiences through craftsmanship and teamwork. The role includes leadership of apprentices and close collaboration with the install manager to ensure quality outcomes.

The position offers a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a schedule of 7am-4pm with 35-45 hours per week, with potential overtime. Strong lifting and certification requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Certified in Warm Air, Gas, Refrigeration, and Hot Water & Steam.
• Must regularly lift 50+ pounds.
• Highly detailed and able to follow through on residential work.
• On time and prepared to work before the scheduled start time.
• Motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential HVAC installations in a timely manner while maintaining meticulous craftsmanship.
• The ability to perform physical activities, including bending, lifting (up to 50+ pounds), and other manual tasks.
• Execute a consistent customer walkthrough on calls in accordance with company process.
• Onboard new apprentices and help them develop to become lead installers.
• Handle customer concerns when on jobsites, and escalation to install manager when appropriate.
