Responsibilities

• Complete residential HVAC installations in a timely manner while maintaining meticulous craftsmanship.
• The ability to perform physical activities, including bending, lifting (up to 50+ pounds), and other manual tasks.
• Execute a consistent customer walkthrough on calls in accordance with company process.
• Onboard new apprentices and help them develop to become lead installers.
• Handle customer concerns when on jobsites, and escalation to install manager when appropriate.

An Installer atSwick is responsible for installing new residential heating and cooling equipment into residential homes. Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

• Paid in weekly installments of $500, beginning after 60 days of employment

Schedule

• 7am-4pm, end times vary based on completion of work and business needs
