Job summary

OHA Virginia LLC in Virginia is seeking hard-working HVAC installers who take pride in keeping customers happy. You will install HVAC equipment, perform startup procedures, show up on time, wear a proper uniform, and maintain a professional appearance while ensuring we understand the full operation of the installed system.

Excellent customer service is essential as you explain system operation and ongoing maintenance to homeowners and leave job sites cleaner than you found them.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC experience required.
• EPA Type 2 Certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Pass a background check.
• Must be able to perform basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Show up on time
• Wear proper uniform
• Keep a clean appearance/vehicle
• Install HVAC equipment and perform proper startup procedures
• Understand full function of installed system
• Great customer service: explain in detail system operation and maintenance required by homeowner
• Leave work areas cleaner than you found them
• Completing proper forms accurately and on time

Qualifications:

• 2yr minimum in the HVAC field
• Valid Driver's License
• Pass a background check
• EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certification (type 2)
• Need to be able to do basic troubleshooting
• Major tools supplied
• Need common hand and power tools
• Ability to lift to 100 lbs.
