Job summary
True Home Maintenance Air Conditioning & Heating LLC in East Mesa, AZ, is seeking a Lead Install Technician to support our Valleywide HVAC service. We value reliability, workmanship, and strong customer relations in a growing family-owned team.
The role requires 1 year of installation experience, troubleshooting ability, and EPA certification or equivalent. A background/drug check and clean MVR are required.
Qualifications
- 1 year installation experience including new equipment and duct modifications
- Able to troubleshoot effectively
- Punctual, good work ethic, independent with high workmanship
- People-oriented with strong communication skills
- EPA certification or other credentials
- Residential & commercial installation experience
- Must pass background and drug test
- Clean MVR required
