Metamorphosis Financial Inc- DBA AFFORDABLE HEATING AND AIR is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer in California to join a growing, female-owned and family-owned HVAC company. You will install residential systems and ensure code compliance while maintaining a clean, safe job site.

You will communicate with customers and office staff, document installations with Service Titan, and provide professional, customer-focused service. Competitive weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC installation experience as Lead Installer.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including split systems, package units, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, minisplits and ductwork.
