Job Title: HVAC Lead Installer

What you will be doing:

1. Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics to determine layout and installation requirements.
3. Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
4. Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems, following industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
5. Perform quality control inspections to meet company standards and customer expectations.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation.
7. Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
8. Maintain a safe, clean work environment, adhering to safety regulations and policies.
9. Communicate effectively with customers, addressing questions and providing excellent customer service.

What you must have:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional HVAC certification or training preferred.
2. Minimum of [S] years of HVAC installation experience with successful project track record.
