Smart Air Cooling & Heating in the Austin area seeks an HVAC Lead Installer to manage multi-day residential installations. You’ll lead the job from start to finish, set equipment, braze, pull vacuum, charge, and commission systems while guiding installer helpers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential HVAC install experience with leadership.
• EPA 608 certification.
• Texas ACR registration or certification (preferred).
• Solid knowledge of split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pride in craftsmanship and a professional attitude with customers.
• Well organized and able to work independently.
• Energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal skills.
• Punctual.

7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday / Busy year round, not seasonal, with some overtime required
