Job summary

Frasier's Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer Lead to join our Northwoods Wisconsin team.

You will install and commission residential systems, lead Install Helpers, and ensure compliance with codes while delivering a smooth, professional installation. This position offers relocation assistance, company uniforms, iPhone, iPad, and access to integrated software, plus a comprehensive benefits package after 90 days and ongoing training to grow your career.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record (last 3 years).
• HVAC installation experience (3 years preferred).
• Experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Lead and train Install Helpers
• Complete installation closeout forms after a job is complete.
• Educate and advise customers on system maintenance and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless installation process.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety policies.
